Set learning goals that matter. If your goal is to learn to work well with a team, think about ways that you can improve your skills at teamwork. If your goal is to improve your drawing skills, look for opportunities to learn from others and to practice and develop those skills.

Record what you are learning on Managebac in the Reflections.
Reflect on failure by asking, “when I do this again, what will I do differently?”
Reflect on success by asking, “What specific steps did I take to produce the best results?”
Try new things and adapt as you go. “What else could I try?” Seek discomfort. This leads to growth.
Teach someone. The teacher learns more than the student. “This is how to….”
