Term 2

If you have met the requirements throughout the Diploma program, this will be your last term of required CAS documentation. We hope that the habits you have built during the program, will keep you engaged in your projects.
At the end of this term you will have COMPLETED THE CAS PROGRAM based on an evaluation of:
- Consistent engagement over the 18 months of the program
- Relative balance between Creativity, Activity and Service
- Completion of at least ONE long-term collaborative project.
- Adequate reflection and evidence, including supervisor reviews for completed projects
- All Advisor and Coordinator notes have been addressed
- All project descriptions and details are accurate and complete
- Submission of the final CAS Portfolio that meets the guidelines
- Completion of the Exit Interview.
NOTE: If you have consistently been on track since September of year 12, AND have projects from the summer between years 12-13, you should complete the program by the end of February this year. If there are gaps in engagement or documentation, those will be added to subsequent months.
ALL Students are expected to have completed CAS requirements by April of Year 13.

If you have been a team leader for an ongoing project, please help us keep it going next year, by completing the Legacy Project Form to provide us with the details for the project.
NOTE: If there are elements of the program that you have not yet completed, your Advisor and the CAS Coordinator will schedule a meeting with you and your parents to discuss your options for completing the requirements.
