The role of a CAS Advisor is to provide individualized guidance to assure that you recognize the value of CAS and use it to develop personally as a responsible member of the community. RESPONSIBILITIES > Guide you in determining the appropriateness of projects you would like to undertake. > Support you in deciding which Learning Objectives are appropriate for a project. > Assist you in learning to write high quality reflections which focus on the LO´s. > Approve projects or guide you to refine them for approval. > Monitor engagement level for both quality and quantity. > Monitor frequency and quality of reflections. > Conduct and document the three (3) required interviews. > Inform the CAS coordinator each term of your progress toward completion of the program based on documented engagement and commitment. > Report your progress in CAS on your term grade reports > Communicate with the CAS Coordinator The CAS Coordinator is available to help with any aspect of the program and to answer questions or address any concerns at any time, but your first point of contact is your advisor.
