Activity

Ongoing physical activity that leads to a healthy lifestyle such as:

  • Participation in team or individual sport
  • Physical training (Ie: endurance—running, physical fitness—supervised workout routine
  • Assistant coaching for team sport

Note: The easiest and most appropriate approach for “Activity,” would be to participate in a school or community sport. Gym membership and independent training may sometimes be acceptable, but it is difficult to justify and provide objective evidence, so this will ONLY be considered in consultation with your advisor. If there are specific measurable goals, ongoing focused reflection and objective evidence of how the goals are being addressed, a request will be considered on an individual basis.
