Term 2
Continue to monitor project reflections and other evidence, advise and provide feedback as needed. Refer to the Procedures section for Starting, Maintaining and Finishing projects.
Status for Term 2
- Is the appropriate level of engagement being maintaining and demonstrated on Managebac?
- For any new projects started after Term 1, is there a signed supervisor agreement form, if needed and is the supervisor´s name and email address on Managebac?
- Are quality reflections being posted consistently on Managebac?
- Have the reflections focused on each of the identified LO´s for each project, at least once?
Notify the CAS Coordinator of any candidate who is not meeting the expectations for progress.
This should be set early in the term and updated as you see appropriate.as either:
- Excellent
- On Track
- Of Concern.
NOTE: At the half-term, ALL status flag will be reset. Please update it based on your review as:
At the end of the term, the status report appears on the term reports, based on the status flag.
If the requirements were not up to expectation by the term deadline, make a note on Managebac and in Tutor comments that indicates the reason, Ie:
- inadequate engagement.
- inadequate reflection.
- lack of other documentation, etc.
and what can be done to address it.
