The Summative Assessments are the final unit assessments and will be marked using the IB rubric for either Writing, Listening or Speaking.
Formative Assessment provide a day-to-day indication of how you are progressing and the effort you are making. They include:
- Participation in class discussions & Organizational tasks such as:
- note taking,
- effective use of class time,
- evidence of active reading.
- Written class work & Homework
- Quizzes over daily content, reading assignments or skills-based tasks.
- Informal Presentations
