The supervisor plays a critical role in guiding you and providing opportunities to gain valuable experience(s), achieve personal goals and address the Learning Objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES > Discuss with you the project and the learning outcomes that may be attainable through the project and complete a supervisor agreement form (if required). > Guide you to be actively engaged in a meaningful way in the project. > Share his / her wisdom and give advice while allowing you the freedom to grow and to make mistakes. > Support your efforts to succeed in the project by allowing you to engage in planning, action, reflection and adjustments based on the supervisor´s feedback. > Report by completing the supervisor review at the end of the term and / or project > Communicate with the CAS Advisor or the CAS Coordinator, if there are any questions or concerns about the project, your engagement or progress. *Refer to the detailed descriptions in “CAS at a Glance.” **See guidelines for long-term project in this guide.
