The role of a CAS Advisor is to provide individualized guidance to assure that you recognize the value of CAS and use it to develop personally as a responsible member of the community. RESPONSIBILITIES > Guide you in determining the appropriateness of projects you would like to undertake. > Support you in deciding which Learning Objectives are appropriate for a project. > Assist you in learning to write high quality reflections which focus on the LO´s. > Approve projects or guide you to refine them for approval. > Monitor engagement level for both quality and quantity. > Monitor frequency and quality of reflections. > Conduct and document the three (3) required interviews. > Inform the CAS coordinator each term of your progress toward completion of the program based on documented engagement and commitment. > Report your progress in CAS on your term grade reports > Communicate with the CAS Coordinator The CAS Coordinator is available to help with any aspect of the program and to answer questions or address any concerns at any time.
