If you would like to propose a Student Event or club as part of your CAS, please complete this form and include the required documents. The application will be considered and you, your co-leaders and your supervisor will be asked to have a meeting with Mr. Brown and Mr. Illingworth, to present your proposal and how it advances the Mission and Purpose of OIS.
