Project Team Leader-Job Description

Guide team members in meeting the Learning Objectives (LO) of the project.

Project supervisor and CAS Coordinator.

Organization and coordination:
- Planning in advance of activity or event
- Publicity Pre-event to recruit and train volunteers from within the school community.
- Facilitation of collaborative planning meetings to develop and implement all aspects of the project.
- Debriefing with volunteers and supervisor after implementation to make recommendations for future modification or extension.

Collaborate with your team to raise awareness of your project and promote participation throughout the school community.
Collaborate with your team to assure that engagement is reliable and supports the needs of the project.
Communicate with the project supervisor(s) to get approval before acting, in order to lead the school community and assure that:
- volunteer engagement is reliable and meets the needs of the project and team.
- the project complies with all school, safety and security policies.
Help team members to develop their own leadership skills and meet their own personal goals.
